Cloth 101 is held Tue & Thursdays @1pm & Saturdays @ 10:30am $5 fee or free w/$50 or more purchase. Cant come in? We bring the diapers to you via skype or Diaper Social

Childbirth Class: $175- Per couple for groups of 3 or more. Private Class is $350.00

4 hour fast track class.*preterm labor, what to pack , signs and stages of labor, breathing, comfort techniques , partner support, postpartum and more. Taught by ICEA(international childbirth education) & CD(doula) mother


Traditional Preparation to Childbirth: 4 week class $275 if 3 or more register 6-9pm Tuesday nights


Homebirth Class: $200 PerCouple or $100per couple for groups of 3 or more. 3 hour course held 4x a month or a Crash Course is 2-6pm or 6-9pm on Tue or Sat. See calendar for more info


Just Breathe Course: $80 per couple 2 hour class w/2 couple minimum

We will discuss and practice breathing, positions and tools you can use to benefit you & baby.

Preparation to Pregnancy Class: This class will discuss preparations to pregnancy and optimizing your chance of conceiving   $30- 2 hour class

Pregnancy Trimester Classes: what to expect each trimester (first,second,third) as well as diet & exercise tips. 2 hour class.


Refresher Course: $85-Per Couple or $55 for groups of 3 or more

Breastfeeding Education: 3 hour course Held Saturday’s $90 includes book

This comprehensive lactation program is designed to teach you almost everything you need to know about how to breastfeed successfully. Your instructor, Courtney Farris, is a certified Lactation Education Specialist. Courtney developed this workshop while completing her Masters in Holistic Health Education at John F Kennedy University – surveying almost 200 breastfeeding mamas in order to determine what the current lactation education models might be missing and then creating a program based on the needs of the demographic. In this three-hour class you will learn about establishing a milk supply, signs of a proper latch, coping with engorgement, preventing lactation pathology,  and a brief overview of the benefits of breastfeeding for both mother and baby. We will cover the impact of lifestyle choices on breastfeeding including lactation nutrition, food sensitivities in newborns, colic, in addition to a talk about how caffeine, alcohol, exercise, and other choices affect breastfeeding. Finally, we will discuss topics pertinent to the working mother: maintaining milk supply while working, how to prevent plugged ducts and mastitis, galactogogues that will increase milk supply, the signs of an ill-fitting pump flange, as well as milk storage strategies.



Newborn Care and Breastfeeding: $55pp includes one Swaddle Designs swaddling blanket, min of 5 people per group. Learn the basics of bathing, changing, feeding, swaddling and more. Breastfeeding Course  includes: latch, milk supply, pumping/storing milk and more


Strength & Stretch for mamas (Pregnant & Postpartum) :

Join JIll or Amber certified yoga/pilates instructor , health & organic diva for a 45 min session of yoga and strength!

$12 per class offered Tue @ 10, Wed @ 9 & 10, Thur @ 10, Friday at 9 & 10 with childcare avail.


Cloth Diapering 101: Tuesdays/Thursdays @1pm & Saturdays @ 10:30am $5-fee

Interested in Cloth Diapering but not sure where to start, would you like to see all of the options and learn what is best for you and your family?  Do you want to make the switch to cloth but are overwhelmed by all of the options? This workshop will go over all of the different types of cloth diapers, terminology, washing, storage, and care. We will help you find a easy system which works with your exact needs. You'll be surprised how easy it can be after this informational class.

Baby Signs:

Sign, Say & Play ® Class

This 6-week play class for parents and their babies:

highlights signs that are most important in the lives of babies

teaches signing through fun games with BeeBo™ the Baby Signs® Bear

provides signing practice through delightful Baby Signs® songs

introduces play activities that reinforce important language, cognitive and social- emotional skills

brings families together to share their signing experiences

Designed for parents and children ages 6 months to 18 months.  Cost of the class is $85 for 6 weeks or $125 with class materials

Thursdays 11-11:45 am in depth the benefits and techniques on infant massage. This is a 2 hour class designed for expectant parents.

Ballet:

*4-6 year olds - Friday choose between 12 or 1:00 - 1:45

Pricing - 

$50/month for 1x a week. 

Description - 

Pre-ballet is a fun way to introduce your child to the art of dance. Your little dancer will learn basic ballet moves, stretching, fun choreography, and musicality. After this 8 week session, a parent recital will be held in the Vacaville Town Square. 


Dress Code:

For performance - 

Girls: Pink leotard, pink tights, and ballet slippers required. Tutus will be provided.

Boys: White t-shirt, black pants.


LETS PAINT:

1- free time to paint with your little one $5- every friday 3-4pm(must rsvp) begins in May

  Workshop includes all materials and refreshments. This is your opportunity to learn the basic Annie Sloan Chalk Paint techniques and how to properly apply wax! In the workshop, you will learn three techniques: two color distress, crackle, and textured finishes. All supplies, paint, samples, and refreshments are provided and you will take home all of your sample moldings at the end of class. My goal for you is to have confidence at the end of the workshop to tackle your projects solo, though I’m always available by phone at to offer you “continuing education” if you need it!

Come learn how to make tummy time fun for your baby through engaging songs and activities in a play class setting. Discover your baby’s hidden talents! Learn surprising things your baby can already do and how you can foster these early abilities. This interactive parent and baby class will introduce you to insights from Drs. Acredolo and Goodwyn’s best-selling book, Baby Minds, all in the context of fun songs and activities. Baby Wearing 101: FREE class 2 times per month

Are you looking to purchase a new carrier but not sure which one? Come learn the basics of baby wearing and find which carrier is right for you and your baby. We even have a rental program! Would you love to use that carrier, sling,wrap or buckle carrier you have but just have not figured it out yet, we would love to help you not only make use of your carrier but love it!

Essential Oils and Aromatherapy: $65 includes Kit

Certified Aromatherapist will teach you the basic of mixing oils and using them for pregnancy, birth, baby massage as well as what is safe for breastfeeding mothers. Learn some herbal basics as well.

Every quarter we will have a cloth diaper swap. Chat with other moms about Cloth diapering, bring items to sell or exchange or just come hang out! You can be new to cloth, thinking about cloth or a veteran! We will have a table designated with each type of diaper (AIO, POCKET, FITTED, Prefold, Hybrid etc) you must TAG your items before the swap. First swap is set for Saturday June 9th 10-2
