At ECB we believe in wellness & want to give you the time you deserve to recharge & renew so you can be the best you.

Come enjoy a  yoga class taught by certified instructors, the best part is our on site childcare. Our classes are for all women, you do not need to be a mom to attend!

Our  Yoga class is perfect for beginner or advanced as our instructor has modifications. YES you can come if you are pregnant or postpartum!

Our childcare workers are trained & here to do fun activities with your little one such as art & story time

Each Class is limited to 8 women and the childcare is limited to 12 kids (ages baby-5)

Yoga Rates are $11 per Class

Childcare is $7-per hour $54per hour for sibling

R & R time

Thursdays between 9:00am-11 enjoy a quiet place to read, send emails and sip on organic coffee/tea along with complimentary pastries. Craft & crash.. art supplies available upon request. BYOA (bring your own supplies and finish up that project)

Sit, Sip and enjoy some much deserved quiet time. Use our wi-fi or lending library.

12 spots available for R&R room

Childcare is $7per hour/child(for R&R) and space is limited so we encourage you to register.

There is no fee for the R&R time we only ask for a donation to SODE which is a non profit helping rescue women from human trafficking.

Policies:

You must cancel at least 6 hours before the class to get a class credit. Must have 3 registered to fill the class.

R & R time must also be reserved.

We keep our rooms clean with a no shoe & runny nose rule.
